FRANK XAVIER began
his barbering career at San Francisco Barber College.
After graduating, he obtained his journeymen’s license
and went on to become a licensed barber college
instructor. Later, he also became a licensed
cosmetologist.
XAVIER:
 Taught hair styling courses at College of San Mateo &
Skyline College in San Bruno
Worked in top salons in San Francisco
Opened Xavier’s Hair Styling Salon on College Avenue,
near Stanford University
Opened Xavier’s Super Cuts for Men and Women in
Burlingame
XAVIER moved to Elk Grove in l989, working in
top salons in Elk Grove and Sacramento and then opened
Xavier’s Barber and Styling Salon in Elk Grove.
XAVIER’S BARBER SHOP combines the old concept of
barber shop with the new modern style shop at an
affordable price. If you want a professional “barber’s
haircut” Xavier will give you the latest hair style or
the regular cut...flat tops....fades ....high ‘n
tight... spike. No appointment is needed. Stop in for a
personalized hair cut, and for a special treat, a
relaxing “barber style” shave with a straight edge razor
and hot towels. Xavier especially enjoys giving
children's haircuts. As a
certified cosmetologist, Xavier can also (by
appointment) offer women's latest hairstyles, soft body
perms and Sassoon cuts.
